I was there yesterday at city hall, As i observed it is like..back to normal, and they not need to present your vaccine card.maybe just because wer in Alert level1😕 …

Absolute chaos. Taguig city hall has moved next to Grace Mall. There are no signs at the old city hall informing you of the move. No parking at new city hall. Taguig website does not work so you are forced to pay in person. Hundreds of people waiting hours to pay taxes. No mandate to where masks. A super spreader location. Watch the covid numbers for taguig in 2024. The ticketing system broke down, so numerous city hall workers had to shout out numbers. Paying my property tax in mandaluyong takes 5 minutes. In taguig, it took 1.5 hrs

Staff are VERY pleasant to deal with and will keep things moving along. They are also very helpful and extend courtesy to PWD. Parking is a challenge, best way is to park at allhome, then take a tricycle. One of the best city halls in the metro.

VERY ACCOMMODATING STAFF ALL THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS! I went here around 2PM Friday to get my Police Clearance Certificate. From getting Cedula to Payments to Provisioning Clearance and up to releasing - they’ve been very accommodating. It took a total of 30-45minutes, which is already OK in terms of processing time for PH LGUs. They might need to improve more on the place, as it becomes congested at any given time. Overall, it was an OK experience, just the gov’t. staffs are highly commendable (PS: the security personnel even opened my GrabCar door for me as I went off).

I went this afternoon for my PWD ID and all the government officials are very friendly, accommodating and caring too! While I was waiting for the release of my ID, I’ve also observed that other staff from other departments are all the same. They treat other people genuinely caring and showing respect too! The process of my PWD ID was fast and no hassle as long as you bring all the requirements needed. Salute to all the Taguig Gov’t officials!

Voters Registration Appointment is strictly implemented. Entrance is at R PAPA School. That was 6th of July, 2022.

City Hall personnel will welcome you at the entrance and ask you what your transaction is and will guide you on the process flow and at which floor or window you should go. All personnel are friendly and accommodating. Processing is fast that's why the lines are moving fast and some windows doesn't even have queues. There's always someone who can assist you if you have further questions.

Went here to get postal ID. Nice staff. Go early since they have queue number. cut off for morning after 25-30 people I think. Then resume at 1pm for number queue. Good idea since that looks like just enough time to verify papers then collect picture/signature for the morning batch.
